About Me
Mr. Goldman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, families and groups. He holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Goldman also holds a certificate in school social work for the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Goldman spent 7 years working with children and adolescents in an emotionally disturbed private school program. He gained experience with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, school avoidance, learning disabilities and the special education process. He was able to learn unique styles and strategies to help youth overcome the frustrations they faced in school and their community. Mr. Goldman provided individual psychotherapy and ran multiple daily social skills groups for special needs children. He created volunteer programs for at risk youth, social skills summer programs and equine assisted experiential programs. He was rewarded the “You make a difference” award in 2011 for his dedication to the students in the program.
Mr. Goldman relocated from Arizona to New Jersey where he transitioned from schools to a private group practice. Here he was able to increase his psychotherapeutic work helping a wider population of individuals. He provided many services including individual, family, groups and school coordination. Mr. Goldman specializes in the treatment of Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder across the span of early childhood too adulthood. He ran social skills, process and resiliency groups for elementary, middle and high school students. He also built a speciality working with special needs adults with life challenges and helping them transition into independent living environments.
Mr. Goldman built professional relationships in the community and helped support families navigate school challenges and outside support services. His exceptional growth in the area of special education has helped him support families and help them feel at ease with the difficult decisions they make about their children.
After 10 years in a group practice, Mr. Goldman formed Goldman Clinical Services. He continues to work with special needs children and adults and provides psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families in an individual and group setting.
