Clinical Supervision

Developing Thoughtful, Confident Clinicians

 

Clinical supervision is available for Licensed Social Workers pursuing New Jersey LCSW licensure who are employed in qualifying clinical settings.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, my goal is to provide more than supervision for licensure. My goal is to help clinicians strengthen their clinical reasoning, develop confidence in their decision-making, and build the skills necessary to thoughtfully understand the individuals and families they serve.

Supervision is individualized to each clinician's experience, learning style, and professional goals while maintaining compliance with New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners requirements.

My Approach

I believe effective supervision extends beyond discussing cases and meeting licensure requirements. My approach emphasizes learning how to think clinically, ask meaningful questions, recognize patterns, and develop individualized treatment approaches rather than relying solely on diagnostic labels.

Through collaborative discussion, observation, and practical application, I help clinicians strengthen their ability to understand complex clinical presentations while building confidence in their own clinical judgment.

Clinical supervision is provided only. Employment opportunities and client referrals are not provided. Supervisees must obtain employment in a qualifying clinical setting that meets New Jersey Board requirements for LCSW supervision.
