Professional Consultation
Helping Clinicians Think Through Complex Cases
Goldman Clinical Services, LLC provides professional consultation for licensed mental health professionals seeking additional support with complex child, adolescent, young adult, and family cases.
Consultation provides an opportunity to collaboratively explore diagnostic questions, strengthen case conceptualization, and develop individualized treatment strategies while supporting the treating clinician's primary role with the client.
Whether you are seeking a second opinion, working through differential diagnosis, or looking for additional perspective on treatment planning, consultation is designed to strengthen clinical reasoning and increase confidence in clinical decision-making.

My Approach
I believe the most valuable consultation extends beyond identifying the "right" diagnosis. My approach emphasizes thoughtful observation, pattern recognition, developmental understanding, and individualized case conceptualization. Rather than asking only, "What diagnosis fits?" I encourage clinicians to ask, "How does this individual think, experience the world, and what best explains their presentation?"
My goal is to help clinicians strengthen their clinical judgment, develop confidence in their decision-making, and leave each consultation with practical strategies that can be immediately integrated into their ongoing work with clients and families.
